 C-Change West London welcomes all ages to join our community activities, including children’s multi-sports, youth filmmaking, and creative wellbeing clubs for adults. These programmes help build skills, confidence, and strong community connections. 

 Our volunteers gain practical experience, training, and the opportunity to make a real difference locally. We offer chances to develop new skills, meet people, and support meaningful projects that enrich the wellbeing of our community.

After committed volunteering, participants aged 14+ can progress to seasonal roles in our holiday programmes, with entry-level roles paying the current London Living Wage. Adults can also access rewarding positions, leading or supporting projects, gaining valuable experience and development opportunities.
