About the role

The Heston in the Loop Community Engagement Worker is an exciting new role, connected to the Heston in the Loop project and managed by C-Change West London. The Heston in the Loop Community Engagement Worker is the project representative ‘on the ground’, working directly with the public and with Heston businesses. They will be a visible presence in the Heston and deliver the Heston in the Loop message in the community, helping residents, businesses, and visitors to engage with the Heston in the Loop circular economy interventions. 

Who are you

You will be a persuasive communicator, with a self-motivated personality. You’re digitally literate and confident in supporting others to use digital platforms and apps. You will have credibility, good judgement, and tenacity. You will be able to think creatively about methods and opportunities for engagement with a diverse range of residents, businesses, and visitors to Heston. You must be committed to taking action on climate change.


In partnership with C-Change West London, ReLondon and London Borough of Hounslow.

Salary

£13.50 an hour for 15 hours a week for an initial three months, commencing June 2023 including pension autoenrollment.
